Job Title: Sales and Sales leads Administrator and Digital Marketing executive
Reports to: Operations manager
Function: Sales/Marketing
Location: Dunshaughlin, Meath / Remote
Hours of work: 9 – 6pm, Mon – Fri, with flexibility on both sides as and when required

• To work closely with the sales teams to produce high quality, professional quotes and agreements for customers
• To contact customer leads to arrange times for demonstrations with the sales teams
• Liaise with customers via the web chat function
• To deliver a consistent pipeline of leads for sales through website (PPC & SEO), digital marketing (linkedin, Blogs and paid adverts) direct contact (telephone or email)
• To keep the website up to date with videos, content, case studies, partner content, offers, products and industry news
• To work with the marketing agency to organise events (virtual or in person) targeting specific industry sectors
• To provide a high level of administrative support to the sales team
• To maintain efficient and develop new office administration procedures
• To fulfil all responsibilities requested of you by the Operations manager in alignment with the partnership objectives
• Liase with the marketing and PR company as required by the MD.

Measures of Success
• Number of qualified leads generated each month – initial target 100
• 2 targeted industry events each quarter
• Deliver high quality documented quotes within 48 hours of initial request
• Measure and Grow visits to website and time spent on website
• Measure and Grow click throughs on website looking for a quote
• Write 3 new industry related blogs weekly for publication on website, linkedin and twitter
• Grow the workair linkedin followers to 5,000 +
• Ensure all administration procedures are followed by sales teams
• Consistent branding across all communications internally and externally
• Produce and distribute an e-bulletin with news , case studies etc to customers and potential customers monthly
• Load partner content onto the website monthly
• Website appears on the first page of all relevant searches

• Operate within the digital marketing and events budget (all expenditure to be prior approved by MD / Ops manager)

• Sales of SaaS
• Qualification in digital marketing : Blogs, SEO, Analytics, PPC.
• Ability to update Website (wordpress), copywriting skills and add web content
• Understanding of website analytics, google Ad words, SEO analytics and the ability to influence
• Demonstrate a high level of computer skills (G Suite, Microsoft, UCaaS, CRM (Zoho) Twitter, Linkedin
