Corks Café & Winebar

Corks Café & Winebar

Corks is Ashbourne's original award winning Winebar. Here at Corks the emphasis is on chilling out, eating well, and leaving with a smile on your face.   Great for breakfast, lunch, dinner or drinks and nibbles, with Brunch being served on Sundays.

We don't believe in purchasing catalogue prepackaged foods which are in abundance, but instead source quality produce from local suppliers as much as possible. Our chefs make all soups, chowder, pies, stews, desserts, pate, sauces and dressings in house. Breads are baked fresh daily at Stonelodge Home Bakery. Fresh fruit and veg delivered daily from the Big Apple, that’s Ratoath, not New York! Seafood supplied daily from Nick's Fish, daily butchers orders are from R&J Meats, while our Lincolnshire sausages are made by Hugh Maguire's Butchers.

As the majority of our menu is cooked fresh to order, customers specific needs can be catered for. Wine selections are carefully chosen by Lisa whom as our suppliers will vouch, is extremely picky. She insists on a large range of wines to sample, which she happily reduces to pick her favourites, for top quality, but also keeping value for our customers in mind. Dave loves beer, hence the O'Haras craft beer on tap, and a selection of craft beers by the bottle to choose from.

Together with our dishes you will be able to find a perfect combination to enhance your meal. Our staff are all well trained, ensuring customers have an enjoyable experience when dining here, at anytime of the day. We take pride in our coffee which is supplied by Khanya.

All staff have been trained by a qualified Barista and are regularly retrained to provide a top quality coffee, for here or takeout. Corks is a local favourite for many reasons. Like us on facebook and we will keep you updated on our specials and wine tasting events.

Cheers from Dave, Lisa and all the Team at Corks.
