SC Air Tightness & Ventilation was founded in 2007 to by Sean And David Coyle to provide a specialist service to the residential and commercial sectors within the ecological construction industry.
With a strong background in building surveying and construction, We are also Level 1 ITC trained thermographer and air tightness testing and installation expert and we are also accredited Passive House Consultants and Trades Persons.
We currently work with various Architects, Engineers and Contractors from design stage to Completion on numerous projects from residential houses, creches. health buildings and schools. Amongst other clients of ours, we also work with Housing Associations and County Councils on new builds and refurbishment/regeneration works.
