1. Credit Controller required for the South Meath area – Permanent

2. Administrator – Navan (contract)

DUTIES:

•Responsible for providing a comprehensive reception service
•Answering the telephone and relaying messages to the relevant Dept.
•Dealing with queries and complaints
•Recording information on the system 
•Diary management; scheduling appointments 
•Provide secretarial support as required for reports, letters, email, appointments, minute taking, photocopying, etc.

3. Part-time Administrator required for Drogheda area

DUTIES:
•Take direction from assigned Supervisor in aspects of administrative work to ensure efficient running of office.
•Support Accounts Payable processing using SAP Finance.
•Weekly payroll
•Processing from Purchase requisition to Goods Receipt stages
•Post, Answer Phones for Office, deal with queries, take messages, filing, faxing, photocopying.
•Support other Admin Staff in office and provide holiday cover.

Our client requires a Legal Secretary on a temporary basis.

Job Description:

•Diary management
• Accurately drafting / amending letters and
 documents to a high standard
•Typing/Dictaphone
•Filing, archiving, photocopying, faxing and
 scanning of documents as required
•General administrative duties
•Ad hoc duties

Successful candidates will require:

•Previous experience in a Legal office
•Strong attention to detail
• An ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize tasks and flexibility and hit the ground running
• Confident communication skills
• Strong systems / IT experience – XPD8 system preferred
• A good work ethic and ambitious

Main Work Headings:
•Preparation and Completion of audit exempt financial statements
•Preparation of tax returns – Income Tax including property rental accounts, Corporation Tax
