A new opportunity has arisen as we build out our Talent Acquisition team for a HR Graduate. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes for our office and site hires through the development of a best in class candidate experience.

 


About the Role

  • Provide administrative support for recruitment campaigns including posting job advertisements, screening CVs, scheduling screening calls and organising interviews
  • Update and maintain our ATS (applicant tracking system)
  • Manage a number of shared inboxes
  • Carry out reference checks
  • Issue contracts of employment
  • Engage with all new hires to deliver an effective onboarding process, including induction
  • Monitor the onboarding process to ensure experience is positive for the candidate and hiring manager
  • Communicate onboarding progress to hiring managers and key stakeholders
  • Offer solutions for onboarding issues and adopt a continuous improvement approach
  • Maintain regular communication with the hiring managers to enhance relationships
  • Support the TA team with associated administrative duties
  • Maintain employee files
  • Work closely with overall HR Team to offer support on general administration support if required
  • Assist with recruitment events
  • Build positive and effective relationships with the different internal and external stakeholders
  • Be an active part of the HR team and a champion of our values and goals

Requirements

  • Degree in HR/ Business or relevant experience
  • Some experience in HR, Recruitment, hospitality or retail would be advantageous
  • Customer focused, resilient and with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, organisational and negotiating skills, with the ability to work off own initiative.
  • Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems.
