The Marketing Analyst will support the marketing team through data analytics and the management of reporting

 

 

Key responsibilities and duties

  • Monthly reporting on agreed data points and trends
  • Work with the wider team to understand data and reporting requirements across all business areas
  • Working with the Head of Marketing on forecasting and managing of the marketing budgets in line with overall performance
  • Automate all reports from multiple data sources and manage distribution to management team
  • Leverage available data to support customer segmentation
  • Development of dashboards to give easy access to team and stakeholders to all available data
  • Develop BI Roadmap in conjunction with key partners
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting requirements
  • Work with our agency partners to optimise our marketing campaign performance
  • Develop our research capabilities and work with external partners to deliver best in class consumer insights

 

Requirements

  • Marketing and insights
  • Development of strong reporting and presentation
  • Proven expertise across all areas of business analytics including deriving insights from data
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to ‘tell the story’ from the available data
  • Familiarity with and comfortable using database modelling & design tools including but not limited to……Microsoft (Excel / Power), SQL, Tableau, Data Integration
  • Testing
  • Business Intelligence
  • Segmentation experience – leveraging behavioural data to build customer cohorts
  • Ability to prioritise projects
