Office Administrator/Receptionist

 

Duties will include answering the phone and logging customer details on our system, placing orders with suppliers, input and confirmation of supplier invoices, contacting customers to arrange work and filing.

• Highly professional & excellent customer service skills
• Must enjoy working on the telephone and have a clear, pleasant telephone manner
• Work well under pressure
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
• Strong Organisation and problem-solving skills
