Service Engineer

Responsibilities
- To service and calibrate laboratory equipment, extraction systems and mobile cleanrooms
- To carry out installation works, upgrades and refurbishments
- Receiving and responding to inquiries from clients via management system, email, phone and chat, reporting to office
- Working with a range of existing clients across the 32 counties
- Manage client’s requirements and provide solutions tailored to suit their needs
- Providing clients with product and service information
- To grow our market share in the Irish market
The candidate we’re looking for must have
- Passion for providing high level of support and service to clients
- Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities
- Multi-task oriented
- Full clean driving licence
- Willing to work as part of team and off one’s own initiative
