Part-time Administration Assistant

NSP Expert Lab Solutions is an industry leader in laboratory services, equipment and solutions. We now have an exciting opportunity for an administrator assistant to join their sales and service team.

Responsibilities

  • To support the sales and service team
  • Providing efficient and effective service and support to a portfolio of large and/or key clients
  • Follow up on potential aftersales opportunities
  • Daily sales report
  • Checking stock availability and levels
  • Assist with quotations and follow up
  • Managing logistics issues and communicating them to your manager

 The candidate we’re looking for must have

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • PC literate, including Word and Excel and PowerPoint
  • The ability to manage time effectively, be self-driven and ensure targets are met
  • An eye for detail and be adaptable
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • CRM experience would be advantageous but not essential
