Audit Senior Spec
1. Qualified ACCA/ACA or CPA
2. Client cases –
o Completing Audit and Audit Exempt cases to Partner / Manager Review
o Preparation of Financial Statements
o Preparation of Audit Exempt Files and Audit Files for Partner / Manager Review
o Completing all control accounts / VAT reconciliations / Debtors, Creditors and Sales Reconciliations etc
o Liaising with the clients to close out queries on accounts
o Attendance at closing meetings
o Working through the resources of the Firm to ensure client satisfaction levels are at the
o highest
o Anticipating and managing client anxieties and concerns in relation to our services
o Completing Final Sweep on all audit files
o Management of risk on files
3. Staff
o Working with a team of trainees to assist with file creation and delivery
o Developing and leading a small team of trainees
o Developing the technical knowledge of trainees
o Review work of junior staff
4. Technical
o Completing CPD courses in-House
o Upskilling in Audit and Accounting technical areas
o Monthly WIP Management
o Review of all WIP per Quarter
