The Company

Abellio Production Ltd is a fast-growing paper products production company, set up in Kells Co. Meath in 2020. As we continue to grow our team, with the arrival of new equipment, it has created new exciting roles for our internal team and external candidates looking to join our team.

Our working environment is within a clean room facility, conditioned temperature at 21 degrees, modern production equipment, canteen with fresh ground coffee machine equal to any café, relaxed and supportive management style.

The Role:

The purpose of the role is to ensure to maximise the performance of our world class machinery including new robotics systems, inline vision systems and laser markings. The goal is to achieve the highest possible output of quality cones on your shift.

Permanent Night Shift. Monday to Friday from 9:45pm to 6:00am.
(Training will be conducted during morning shift, maximum six weeks)

Key Responsibilities:

Complete pre- and post-production checks on machinery and workspace
Machine setup and control in adherence with SOP’s
Conduct quality control checks on products.
Experience working with documentation: SOPs, Production logs etc
Complete track & trace production reports.
Identify and communicate machine maintenance requirements.
Ensure machines and workspace knowledge is transferred between shifts
Maintaining a clean & safe production working environment and follow training guidance
Salary:

€33.600 per annum, paid monthly inclusive of night shift premium. (€28.000 base salary) - Eligible for a pay increase to € 35.400 gross per annum (inclusive of night shift premium) after six months based on you passing your probation. After 12 months a salary increase based on competence is available.
Overtime is payable at time and half after 40 hours per week.
