Cusack Hotel Group is currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Day Porter to join the team at our 4-star Ardboyne Hotel in Co. Meath.
We are looking for individuals who are flexible with their availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends, and who are comfortable working varied hours that may change from week to week depending on operational needs.
The Day Porter plays an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel. This position involves a variety of duties, including event and meeting room set-up, maintaining the hotel grounds and public areas, assisting guests, and supporting other departments as required. The ideal candidate will be professional, hardworking, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Duties:
Preparing function rooms for events and conferences, ensuring all requirements are met to a high standard.
Performing general maintenance of the hotel grounds and facilities.
Supporting other departments with operational duties and managing deliveries as required.
Maintaining the overall cleanliness and presentation of the hotel throughout the day.
A proactive approach to maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety.
