Junior Sales Executive (Navan)
Kylemore Cars is Ireland’s largest independent used car
retailer. Established in 2013, the business has grown from strength to
strength, building a strong reputation for quality used vehicles, exceptional
customer service and a straightforward approach to car buying.
In 2022, Kylemore Cars marked a major milestone with the
opening of its purpose-built, state-of-the-art NZEB showroom in Ballymount,
Dublin 12. The first facility of its kind in Ireland, the showroom reflects the
company’s continued investment in innovation, sustainability and the customer
experience.
Building on more than a decade of growth, Kylemore Cars is
now entering another exciting chapter. In late 2026, the company will expand
its dealership footprint with the opening of a new used car showroom at
Balmoral in Navan, bringing the Kylemore Cars offering directly to customers
across County Meath and the wider North-East region.
Our arrival in Navan comes at an exciting time for the town
and, in particular, the wider Balmoral area. Significant public and private
investment is helping to transform and better connect the area, including the
recently completed Blackwater River Town Bridge and Cycleway linking Balmoral
with Blackwater Park and Navan town centre, together with the development of
the new landmark Navan Primary Care Centre at Balmoral.
These developments reflect the wider ambition for Navan and
County Meath as a place to live, work and do business. Kylemore Cars is
delighted to become part of that continued growth and to complement the
investment already taking place through our own significant commitment to the
area, creating new employment opportunities and bringing our established retail
offering to County Meath.
The expansion also reflects the progressive approach being
taken towards economic development within County Meath, with continued
investment in infrastructure alongside supports designed to encourage
businesses to establish, grow and create employment within the county.
As part of this exciting expansion, we are now recruiting
for a number of key positions to form our new Navan team, including Junior
Sales Executives.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious salesperson
who has already gained some experience in a sales or customer-facing
environment and is now looking to take the next step in their career.
Working alongside experienced sales professionals and
supported by the established Kylemore Cars sales process, you will develop the
skills and experience required to become a high-performing automotive Sales
Executive.
Our Sales Executives have the opportunity to work across 20+
vehicle brands, providing customers with an extensive choice of quality used
vehicles at highly competitive prices.
You will manage customers throughout their buying journey,
from initial enquiry and vehicle selection through to test drive, trade-in,
finance, deposit and sale, while developing your own customer base and working
towards individual sales targets.
Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Maximise sales opportunities across showroom,
telephone and online enquiries.
- Build strong relationships with customers and
understand their individual requirements.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of our vehicle
range and confidently identify suitable options.
- Professionally present and demonstrate vehicles and
conduct customer test drives.
- Develop their knowledge of the vehicle trade-in and
appraisal process.
- Confidently discuss vehicle pricing and purchasing
options with customers.
- Develop an understanding of vehicle finance and
relevant additional products.
- Progress opportunities effectively with the
objective of agreeing a purchase and securing a deposit.
- Maintain consistent and professional follow-up with
prospective customers.
- Accurately maintain customer and sales activity
within our CRM and dealership systems.
- Work closely with colleagues across Sales, Motor
Finance, Vehicle Preparation and Customer Experience.
- Work towards and exceed individual and dealership
sales targets.
- Deliver
an excellent customer experience throughout the purchasing journey.
The Successful Candidate
We are looking for someone who has already demonstrated an
ability to succeed in a sales or customer-focused environment and now wants to
develop further.
The successful candidate will ideally:
- Have previous experience in sales, retail or
another target-driven customer environment.
- Have a strong desire to develop their sales career
and increase their earning potential.
- Be confident and comfortable engaging with
customers.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be commercially aware and comfortable discussing
figures.
- Be motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
- Be organised, efficient and disciplined in customer
follow-up.
- Have good attention to detail.
- Be comfortable using CRM and digital systems.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm and a positive
attitude.
- Hold
a full, clean driving licence.
Previous motor trade experience is an advantage but is not
