Maperath Farm represents a model of sustainable farming on a small scale producing premium Certified Free Range birds for the Festive season. Using traditional handling techniques, outdoor living and slow rearing, Maperath birds enjoy over six months of natural locally sourced feeds and maximum time foraging in the outdoors. The farm offers four breeds of bronze and some white premium turkeys in free range natural environment as well as slow reared goose which also enjoys a free to roam environment resulting in a beautiful bird for the most special dinner of the year.....
