Stephen Naughton is an experienced coach and training facilitator with unique skills in operational leadership and team coaching. Stephen provides top-end development coaching and consultancy to businesses that want higher performance and better results. The knowledge and expertise to do this is based on over 16 years’ experience gained in leading teams and developing the Operations Performance Centre of Excellence for AIB specialising in demand/capacity planning. Since leaving AIB Stephen has continued his leadership coaching and performance improvement work with clients such as Bank of Ireland, Allianz, Shire Pharmaceuticals, Covalen, Royal Bank of Scotland (UK), Athlone Institute of Technology and the Office of Public Works. Stephen has been a lead coach on Active Operations Management programmes, helping client companies to increase their productivity by 15% within 9 months of the programme completion. Stephen has delivered programmes covering a wide variety of topics such as leadership, emotional intelligence, diversity awareness, virtual communications and resilience. He continues to coach a small base of private clients at senior management and executive level but more recently he expanded his coaching activity to college students on a pro bono basis.
