The Yoga Room
The Yoga Room is a purpose built Yoga/Pilates studio in the centre of Ratoath Village. We run a variety of Yoga & Pilates classes to suit all levels. We also teach Anti Gravity Yoga in the studio. Along with our many classes we run weekend workshops covering a variety of topics to do with Personal Development, Self Esteem, Goal Setting & Wellness.
The Studio is also a training facility, currently home to a very well recognised Amatsu Massage Training Course.
