Tim Tang
Owner, Tim Tang has been in the restaurant business for over 30 years. In 2004 he opened the first Eatzen in Ashbourne and a new concept in Asian dining was born. He is passionate about the food he serves and believes that ‘Eatzen’ or ‘healthy eating’, authentic dishes and high quality ingredients are essential. He also believes in a good night out!

Chef Lam
Award winning Chef Weng Wong brings his authentic Asian style of cooking to Eatzen. Creating fusion dishes, along with locally sourced ingredients, customers are guaranteed not only the finest tasting but also a healthy dining experience. Trained in the world-famous Shangri-La Hotel in Kuala Lampur and having worked in Michelin Star restaurants including Hakkasan London, Maze Gordon Ramsay and the Four Seasons Hotel London, Chef Weng brings 29 years’ experience with him and it is evident in every course. From the starters to the mains, each element of the menu is carefully chosen to reflect the diversity of the Asian cuisines combining old world recipes with a modern touch.
