Cousins Lubo and Daniel opened their first restaurant People’s in Cavan in 2016 and since then have brought their own brand of fine casual dining to a growing and loyal customer base. Of course it hasn’t happened without hard work and dedication to delivering the best experience they know how. Having travelled and worked around the world in some of the finest establishments, and enjoyed them themselves they understand the ever increasing expectations of today’s diner.
Knowing that the simplest factors are what make a successful restaurant - warm and welcoming atmosphere, knowledgeable and friendly staff, dedicated and passionate chefs and ever changing and innovative menus - it’s not always easy but the best things only come with hardwork. Hard work that has paid off in their ability to bring their unique experience to their hometown of Navan - and hopefully keeping up with their record for being award winning restaurateurs
This time around they are working with business partner and Executive Chef Vincent Clarke,renowned for his flair and ability to pay tribute to classic cuisine while blending more contemporary nuances. Vincent will bring his keen eye for trends and attention to detail, elevating further their already proven winning formula.
Couple all of that with their passion for curating a wine list that perfectly compliments the menus and cocktails that bring together old favourites and new creations to delight the senses, Luvida promises to deliver the very best dining experience they know how.
They have such confidence in this new exciting venture that they have proudly put their names right out front.
