Vital Home Care is a nurse-led home care provider based in Navan, providing professional and personalised home care services across County Meath and surrounding areas.

We support older people, adults with disabilities, individuals living with medical or complex care needs, and people returning home following a hospital stay. Our aim is simple: to help people remain safe, comfortable and as independent as possible in their own homes, while giving families confidence that the right support is in place.

Our clinical governance framework includes nurse supervision, safeguarding, risk assessment, staff training and competency development, incident monitoring and secure electronic care records. This allows our team to monitor care delivery and maintain clear communication and continuity for clients and their families.

Experienced Clinical Leadership

Vital Home Care is led by Michelle Jane Inding, MSc, RGN, Founder and Person in Charge, a Registered General Nurse with over 18 years of experience across acute hospitals, critical care, procedural services, nursing leadership and community care.

Michelle holds an MSc in Advanced Leadership from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) and has worked with healthcare organisations including St James’s Hospital Dublin, Mater Private Network Dublin and King Fahad Medical City in Saudi Arabia.

She is supported by an experienced clinical team, including Marc Kervin Sta. Cruz, MSc, RGN, Clinical Development Lead, and James Marl Lapinid, MSc, RGN, Clinical Education & Quality Lead, who contribute expertise in clinical education, staff development, competency assessment and quality improvement.

Local Care, Professionally Led

As a local provider, Vital Home Care works closely with clients, families, healthcare professionals and community services to provide care that is responsive to each person's individual circumstances.

We currently support families across Navan, Dunshaughlin, Trim, Kells, Ashbourne, Ratoath, Drogheda and surrounding communities in County Meath and County Louth.

At Vital Home Care, our focus is not simply on providing hours of care. It is about providing the right care, with the right oversight, at the right time  helping people live safely and with dignity in the place they know best: home.
