Due to continued expansion, including some exciting projects on Electric & Hybrid technology, Timoney are now looking to hire a Quality Technician to join our team. The Role Quality works cross-functionally with Engineering,

Production and Procurement to cover a wide area of responsibilities such as CAPA, Non-Conformances, Risk Management, Deviations, Inspections and Regulatory audits, Complaint Handling, Validation and Product Release. The successful candidate will be expected to: • Provide support to the Purchasing, Quality, Production and Engineering departments when required from incoming quality control to final quality control processes. • Liaising directly with our customer and supplier base as required. • Provide input and support to company QMS including for Corrective and Preventive Actions process (CAPA) relating to customer, internal and supplier issues. • Assist with the implementation of plant wide quality system improvements. • Maintain the internal audit schedule, carry out internal Quality Audits in line with ISO & customer requirements and participate in external audits when required. • Assist other departments with quality related queries as required. • Review of warranty related, and factory returns from customers and ensuring the returns procedure is being followed. • Adhere to company Safety, Health & Environmental Policies and Procedures. • Participate in a weekly quality team meeting with structured agenda and reports. • Provide weekly / monthly Quality related KPI reports as required. The Person • Familiar with ISO 9001 standards • Bachelor’s Degree qualification (Engineering/Manufacturing/ Quality) • 2-3 years relevant industry experience. • Good communications and interpersonal skills. • Strong customer focus (internal and external). • Computer literacy in standard Microsoft office and engineering programs. • Good attention to detail. • Ability to understand and interpret engineering/manufacturing drawings. • Permission to work in Ireland
