Delivery Driver/Warehouse Operative
· Receiving of products which will include physical unloading of pallets & preparing order dispatches.
· Replenishment of stock to the pick faces & responsible for general warehouse duties.
· Ensuring that all goods are loaded or unloaded matching the relevant paperwork.
· Storing and rotating stock according to established procedures
· Ensuring efficient operations by adhering to operational procedures, rules, and schedules
· Packing, loading and unloading delivery vans and truck
· Delivering parcels and goods to customers on designated routes
· Daily reporting and inputting of metrics into store systems
Individual must be able to work on their own initiative, as well as part of a team.
Attention to detail with the ability to work in a busy fast paced services environment handling multiple demands at one time.
Systems orientated and process driven.
Individual should be commercially focused with a proactive attitude.
Excellent communication skills including strong email and telephone etiquette.
IT skills, with confidence using Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
Experience working in a similar role.
Excellent organisational skills
Experience as a Delivery Driver.
