Precast Tekla/Revit Modeler & Detailer - 3-5 years experience
Precast Constructoin: We are seeking an experienced Precast Tekla/Revit Modeler & Detailer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality 3D precast concrete models, producing detailed fabrication and erection drawings, and coordinating with engineering, production, and project teams to deliver projects efficiently and accurately
Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain precast concrete models using Tekla Structures and/or Autodesk Revit. • Produce accurate shop drawings, reinforcement details, assembly drawings, and erection drawings. • Detail precast elements, connections, embeds, cast-ins, and lifting systems. • Coordinate with structural, architectural, and MEP teams to resolve design and constructability issues. • Prepare material schedules, quantity take offs, and production information. • Ensure drawings and models comply with project requirements, industry standards, and company procedures. • Support manufacturing and site teams with technical queries and design revisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Tekla Structures and/or Autodesk Revit. • Experience in precast concrete detailing and BIM workflows. • Strong understanding of reinforced concrete construction and detailing practices. • Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings. • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
