O’Reilly Oakstown has grown from supplying domestic wastewater treatment systems to providing a fully bespoke design and installation service for large commercial treatment plants for hotels, schools, nursing homes, bars/restaurants, office blocks, factories, service stations, sports centres and more.

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on General Operative to join our team in Trim.

Responsibilities

·         Assist in the production of precast concrete products.

·         Prepare moulds for casting, including cleaning and assembly.

·         Support the pouring, finishing, and demoulding of concrete products.

·         Operate plant and equipment safely and efficiently following training.

·         Carry out quality inspections and report any defects or issues.

·         Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.

·         Adhere to all Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental procedures.

·         Assist with loading, unloading, and general yard duties as required.

Requirements

·         Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, precast concrete, or a similar industrial environment is desirable but not essential.

·         Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.

·         Ability to perform manual handling and work in a physically demanding environment.

·         Good attention to detail.

·         Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

·         Flexible attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
