County Meath Careers Expo Official Launch - Live Work and Grow in Meath

If you're eager for new career opportunities this Autumn, you'll be happy to hear that Meath Careers Expo returns to the Ardboyne Hotel Navan on the Wednesday 9th October with employment opportunities from some of the leading employers in the Mid & North East Regions.  Meet employers face-to-face, distribute your CV and apply for jobs between 12pm-7pm. Michael Hughes, Chairperson of County Meath Chamber "Recruitment and retention of staff remails a key concern for our members.  Almost 50% are planning to increase employee numbers over the next 12 months. Meath County Council’s commuter survey shows that a staggering 45,000 residents of Meath commute out of the county for work. A staggering 90% are interested in working closer to home, with more flexible working hours. The Meath Careers Expo is a targeted response, organised to connect those with job vacancies with those interested in working closer to home. County Meath Chamber are proud to spearhead the initiative, with support from Meath County Council, Intreo and LMETB. Providing quality employment close to home delivers sustainable employment with enhanced quality of life for employees and their families".

 

The Meath Careers Expo will feature 35 of the leading employers in the Mid & North East Regions.  Those attending can meet employers face to face and avail of career advice and support with your CV from professional career coaches.
