Meath Business Owners Network meet at Chamber House

Last Friday, the 16th of February, the Meath Business Owners network met at Meath Chamber Buildings on Church Hill in Navan. This month members spotlight was on Terrence and Daniel McGivern of Runmyrecruitment.ie. They are dedicated to shaping the future of workforce management by connecting exceptional talent with outstanding opportunities. With an unwavering commitment to excellence, they specialize in both blue-collar and white-collar placements, offering a comprehensive range of permanent and temporary staffing solutions across a diverse spectrum of industries. The meeting was chaired once again by Raymond Gibbons of BMS accounting. The Meath Business Owners Network is organised and manged by County Meath Chamber.

The Meath Business Owners Network starts with informal networking as business owners arrive at Chamber House. The networking aspect of the monthly meetings proves very beneficial to business owners who can connect with other like-minded attendees on the morning.

The meeting began with everyone introducing themselves and their business. In attendance was Sharon from Credit Union Plus, Niamh from the Photo Lounge in Ratoath, Catriona from Travel Councellors, Brian and Kelly-Ann from Life Planning, Stephen from Credit Union Plus, Trish and Paula from County Meath Chamber, Ian from G Ward, Aimee from Run My Business, Robbie from Cubis Workwear, Jim from Osbourne Recruitment, Ronan from Permanent TSB, Yuri from Gibbons Recruitment, James from Gibbons Recruitment, Bernard from Core Ireland, Helen from Back Office Marketing, Jane from Noone Transport as well as Terrence and Daniel from Run My Recruitment.

Raymond started the meeting by introducing the guest speakers of the morning- Terrence and Daniel from Run My Recruitment. The brainchild of Daniel, the business was started in June 2023 to help companies streamline their processes and outsource their recruitment needs to the experts.  The company has growth quickly in that short space of time, and the brothers are creating an exciting proposition for SME’s all over Ireland.

Daniel and Terrence both spoke of the challenges they faced starting up a new business and how they optimised both their skillsets to take on clients and build the business.  With Run My Business they offer a offer a solution based business consultancy service for SME's across Ireland. With Run My Recruitment, they connect exceptional talent with outstanding opportunities.

Daniel also spoke of the benefits of becoming members of County Meath Chamber, harnessing the opportunities of recruitment at the career’s expo in 2023 and all the advice and support offered to them in the past 7 months.

The company also has more projects in the pipeline for 2024 and we wish them all the very best in their endeavours.
